Late this summer, Waking Daisy, the “unapologetic and fresh” new brunch spot opened up at the Corners of Brookfield.
The stunning new cafe was opened by the owners of FreshFin, a local poke restaurant who focuses on brining protein packed meals to its customers in trendy, vibrant spaces.
