Grasons, one of the nation’s top estate sale and business liquidation service providers, has officially expanded its reach to Greater Waukesha County with the launch of Grasons of Lake Country, WI. The new franchise, announced on April 14, 2025, is owned and operated by Greg and Shelly Glaeser, longtime Southeastern Wisconsin residents with deep roots in the community.

The Glaesers bring decades of combined experience to their new venture. Greg, with 20 years in the beverage distribution industry, offers extensive expertise in sales, inventory management, and customer service. Shelly, drawing from her 20-year healthcare career, brings compassion, organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail—traits essential for helping clients navigate sensitive estate transitions.

“We are excited to bring Grasons’ trusted estate sale services to Lake Country,” said Greg Glaeser. “As longtime residents of Southeastern Wisconsin, we understand the challenges people face when downsizing, liquidating, or managing a loved one’s estate. Our mission is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, providing compassionate guidance every step of the way.”

The couple said that Grasons’ mission of delivering seamless, compassionate solutions resonated deeply with their own values. “When the opportunity to franchise with Grasons arose, we knew it was an ideal match,” added Shelly Glaeser.

Grasons of Lake Country offers comprehensive estate sale and business liquidation services, from item valuation to sale organization and management, always delivered with the professionalism and care the brand is known for.
