A new Nona Nutrition location has been announced in the Lake Country area. The upcoming addition to Nona’s rapidly growing line of local health food stores will be opening a location in Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc. Nona will be taking over the space currently occupied by Clean Juice at 1370 Pabst Farms Circle, near the Metro Market right off of Summit Avenue. Since this will not be a full build out but rather a transition, there is expected to be about a month long delay for Nona to properly prepare the space for its grand opening. Clean Juice Pabst Farms last day of operation will be held on June 12th.
Clean Juice and Nona have very similar business models, with both offering high quality health foods and products. Both have gained a reputation for their smoothies, made with real fruit and frequently including add-ons such as health conscious protein powders. One major difference is that Clean Juice has traditionally offered products like salads, sandwich wraps and toasts. As of publication, Nona does not serve any of these items.
According to a social media post from Nona, the former owners of Clean Juice, a local couple named Claudia and Charlie, have decided to move in a different direction. As a result, they have decided to pass their former franchise location off to Nona. Since Clean Juice was established in 2023, it was very publicly committed to promoting nutritious offerings and supporting local, fresh, and organic choices to their customers. This mission has been entrusted to Nona, who has also expressed similar goals.
Nona has become something of a smash hit in southeastern Wisconsin. Its owners, Seth and Mikaela, have provided their clientele with supplements and food choices that they believe can benefit lifestyles and boost wellness. The first location opened in Pewaukee, and there are also locations currently operating in Delafield, Elm Grove, and Mequon. Plans for future store openings in both West Bend and Bayshore are expected to happen in late 2025. Nona has also announced its intentions to incorporate an expanded line of retail products that will be hitting shelves throughout the summer. These items will include personal care, grocery, and pet offerings intended to boost wellness.
