The bakery is known for being small-batch, with everything made in house on a daily basis. Part of its charm is its open kitchen concept, where curious guests can peek over the counter to see the team of creative bakers hard at work. There are jars of sprinkles on the shelves, kneading tables, large ovens, and a refrigerator behind the register where you can spot some of the store’s custom cakes before they’re picked up.

During rhubarb season, their rhubarb pies are a delectable treat. In fall, their pumpkin spice baked donuts are a perfect breakfast before a day of autumn activities. For the week leading up the Cinco de Mayo, they sell a Mexican hot chocolate brownie, whose combination of spice and chocolate is totally unique. Each week, they also offer a rotating lineup of cupcake flights as well as one specially flavored jumbo cupcake.
The downside of the small batch style is that their creations are always in high demand. Customers have to be quick to get certain goodies before they disappear from the bakery case.
